This exhaustive approach ensures that companies meet ideal candidates efficiently, streamlining the hiring process for remote and highly flexible roles.

We are a fully remote company, with 3 co-founders based in Bogota, Brussels, and Madrid. The rest of the team is spread across Europe, Africa, and South America.

Your role:

Business Development (80%)

- Identify and contact potential clients through various channels, including LinkedIn messages, email campaigns, personalized messages, and cold calling.
- Present and promote Jobgether's services to prospective clients in order to book demos.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Track and report on sales metrics and KPIs.
- Provide feedback to the team to improve our services and customer experience.

Marketing/Growth (20%)

- Research, contact, and help in organizing marketing activities with potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support and execute marketing campaigns.
- Provide feedback on campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements based on lead responses.
- Share relevant content with prospects to educate and engage them.

Requirements:

- At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a remote work environment.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. 99% of your day will be in English. Spanish language is a bonus.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with CRM software (we use Hubspot).
- A proactive, results-oriented approach to work.
- Passion for remote work and flexible work arrangements.

- Contract:Freelance through Deel
- Base salary + commission structure

Responsibilities

- Efficiently manage all processes and operations related to payments and Deel-branded debit cards.
- Accurately review and record data in our system to ensure consistency and precision.
- Address payment or debit card inquiries or issues from our customers.
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to handle customer requests or issues.
- Provide expertise in payments or debit cards to improve processes, tools, automation, and user experience.
- Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation.

- 0-4 years of experience in a high-volume operations team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Data-driven with a structured problem-solving approach.
- Highly organized with acute attention to detail.
- Service-oriented mindset when working with internal and external teams.
