What You'll Be Doing:
Conducting surveys, valuations, and energy reports of residential properties for private and corporate clients.
Maintaining best professional practices to minimize financial and reputational risk to the business.
Completing 5 points per day.
Responding promptly and effectively to queries, complaints, and claims.
Regularly reviewing the performance and risk of products and propositions to ensure they meet market needs and deliver good customer outcomes.

Compensation Data

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support the annual regional and national business planning process as per business need.
- Contribute regional input and implement/manage regional programs and tactics that support national brand strategies and business objectives.
- Proactively work with external experts and customers to validate and optimize brand strategies and tactics that support regional and national business objectives.
- Work with A&I to monitor, analyze, and interpret the latest trends in the market, competition, and product performance.
- Communicate regional insights and tactic-related recommendations to team members and lead collaborative implementation when appropriate.

- Regularly engage with clinical stakeholders, patient organizations, and advisors to advance customer understanding, materials, and programs that enhance patient compliance, adherence, and fulfillment of BI’s portfolio.
- Interact with internal stakeholders and all levels of the Sales Force to ensure effective communication, alignment, and a collaborative approach to prioritization and implementation of tactics.
- Liaise with patient access services to support appropriate strategies and related tactics for patient access inclusive of leveraging HUB services, Specialty Pharmacy Network, and Specialty Distribution (co-pay, sampling, bridge, etc.).
- Implement competitive and appropriate patient support services including product education and device training where appropriate.
- Assist in the development and implementation of in-depth patient and caregiver support programs to enhance compliance, adherence, and fulfillment of BI’s specialty portfolio.
- Assist in the development, management, and monitoring of product forecasts utilizing associated models and brand expense budgeting tools.
- Manage risk associated with marketing programs and material by working within the HPRC review process.
- Meet performance and financial targets for the brand including net sales, discounts, market share, and expenses.
- Perform all Company business in accordance with all state and national regulations (e.g., EEO, FDA, OSHA, PDMA, EPA, PhRMA, etc.) and Company policies and procedures. Report violations to management immediately.
- Demonstrate high ethical and professional standards with all business contacts to maintain BIPI’s excellent reputation within the medical and pharmaceutical community.
- Actively and consistently engage with external experts and stakeholders to understand market opportunities and challenges, product perceptions, and customer/patient needs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- AD Level: 5+ years’ experience in the US pharmaceutical industry, including 3 years US pharmaceutical marketing experience or other relevant experience; Specialty Marketing experience strongly preferred; prior field-based experience preferred.
- Sr. AD Level: 8+ years' experience in the US pharmaceutical industry, including 5 years US pharmaceutical marketing experience or other relevant experience; Specialty Marketing experience strongly preferred; prior field-based experience preferred.
- Experience working directly with digital partners to develop and execute initiatives strongly preferred (e.g., Google, third party media providers, social media community platforms, etc.)
- Experience in guiding and integrating digital analytics and driving metrics-based optimization strongly preferred.
