Key Responsibilities:
Data Collection and Management:

Requirements:
- Strong mathematical and numeracy skills.

As a Process Automation Specialist / Product Owner, you will be responsible for documenting, mapping, and automating our operational processes across various departments including Operations, Research, Commercial, Finance, and Tech. As a vital member of the team, your responsibilities will be:

Daily review of key account health indicators

Address and resolve account health issues, including customer complaints, product suspensions, and account warnings
