Responsibilities
- Lead payroll product implementation and expansion in new countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Analyze advisory packs and hold meetings to clarify legislative compliance requirements.
- Define and document functional and legislative build requirements with Payroll BAs.
- Identify and escalate new system requirements for country-specific needs.
- Manage task delivery and communicate any delays to ensure timely project completion.
Requirements
- Payroll Qualification with a minimum of 3 years of experience actively involved in payroll configuration.
- Experience in working with multifunctional teams.
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and question information received from Advisory.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of working experience in back-end configuration.
- Understanding of Payroll elements and codes.
