Lead UX Designer - EMEA Team

Description:

As a Senior UX Designer at 10up, you will leverage a full spectrum of user experience design skills while collaborating closely with our Content Design and Visual Design teams. You will lead significant, enterprise-level digital projects, enjoying creative flexibility to explore and experiment with various design tools and processes on both unique, challenging projects and ongoing support engagements.

Responsibilities:

- Provide expert-level UX strategy, guidance, and design across 3-4 projects simultaneously.
- Build and maintain long-term, productive working relationships proactively.
- Develop and communicate comprehensive UX Design project plans.
- Identify and pursue UX Design opportunities with existing and new clients.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced, digital agency environment.
- High proficiency in UX tools such as Miro and Figjam.
