This is an exciting opportunity to join Remote and make a personal impact in the global employment space as a Senior Account Executive - UK, within our Sales team focusing on the UK region.
What You Bring:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in a second language is preferred.
- Proven success in selling to the Mid-Market and Enterprise Segment.
- Extensive experience selling in the UK and Ireland region.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change and drive innovation in organizations with traditional mindsets and operational methods.
- Confidence in making cold calls to build a New Business pipeline.
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to build trust and act as an advisor to clients.
- Capability to forecast sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus).
- Experience with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC, Sandler, SPIN, Command of Message, and/or Challenger is a plus.
- Experience in the HR industry is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed quota.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Identify and create new opportunities (new business only) within the MidMarket and Enterprise Segments.
- Advocate and implement forward-thinking solutions, persuading industries or companies to embrace new strategies and technologies.
- Present to clients through virtual meetings and face-to-face meetings.
- Own the customer relationship from sale to business completion.
- Understand and design solutions to meet the unique business needs of small, mid-sized, and enterprise customers.
- Outbound prospecting in the UK and Ireland market.
- Accurately forecast weekly/monthly/quarterly revenue.
- Self-generate leads by targeting fast-growing companies that Remote can support in their global hiring.
- Work with other parts of Remote to ensure client success.

Our salary bands may seem wide; here’s some context. We have international operations and a globally distributed workforce. We use geo ranges to consider geographic pay differentials as part of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive across various markets while hiring globally.
The base salary range for this full-time position is between $44,150 USD to $149,075 USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, with the actual base pay for the successful candidate dependent upon factors such as location, skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
