Responsibilities and Assignments:
- Contact Delinquent Customers: Call clients with overdue payments to negotiate debt settlement.
- Payment Negotiation: Offer payment options such as installments or discounts to facilitate debt regularization.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of interactions and negotiations with clients.
- Compliance: Follow laws and regulations related to debt collection.
- Problem Resolution: Assist clients in resolving issues that may be preventing payment, such as financial or administrative problems.
- Maintain Good Relationships: Treat clients with respect and empathy to maintain a positive relationship and company image.
- Negotiation and Resilience: Demonstrate strong negotiation skills and resilience.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months experience in WO debt collection (handling portfolios over 500 days overdue).
- Client Engagement: Contact clients through various channels (primarily active voice calls, WhatsApp, and email).
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a home office model.
- Have an adequate space for home office work (desk, chair, and a noise-free environment).
- Reside in São Paulo/Greater São Paulo.
- Availability to work onsite at the office in Vila Olímpia when required by the company/leadership.
- Wired internet connection with more than 10 MB (no Wi-Fi).
- Proficiency in handling various work platforms (WhatsApp, phone, chat, and Office Suite).
- Experience in debt collection (handling delinquent accounts over 500 days overdue).
Additional Information: Work Schedule:
- 6x1 (Monday to Saturday) – Hours to be arranged according to operation (10:00 AM to 4:20 PM).
