We are looking to expand our Security Team with a sales talent who is passionate about customer engagement and eager to actively grow our customer base. Your task: Bring new, creative ideas to customer acquisition. We are looking for YOU as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) (m/f/d).
Utilize your passion for acquiring new customers and developing existing potentials. In collaboration with our Compliance Leads, Fabian and Oliver, you will explore new avenues, events, and partnerships. Your creativity knows no bounds.
Your Goal: More leads. The way to achieve this is up to you – whether by phone, email, or even carrier pigeon.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- RESEARCH: You will search for and qualify interesting customer companies and contacts.
- OUTREACH: Using your charm and experience, you will contact potential customers via phone, LinkedIn, email, etc., to turn a contact into a qualified lead.
- MAINTAIN: You will keep HubSpot updated to ensure no contact is overlooked.
- COLLABORATE: You will work closely with the units to brainstorm new campaigns and ensure perfect lead generation and utilization.
- NETWORKING: By attending trade shows and events, you will strategically expand your own network.
What We’re Looking For:
- You excel in the role of an SDR and ideally have experience in this area.
- Cold calling by phone is one of your strengths.
- You are familiar with platforms like LinkedIn and XING, as well as sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or XING Pro Business.
- Ideally, you have a good understanding of cloud and IT topics or are willing to learn about these areas.
- Initial experience with management systems such as TISAX®, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, or SOC2 is an advantage.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools is desirable.
- You live and breathe sales but also know when it’s time to hold back.
- Teamwork is as important to you as it is to us.
- You are proficient in both German and English.
