Cybersecurity Director

• Information Security Management: As an IT Security Manager, you are primarily responsible for the further development of our Information Security Management System. This includes ensuring and continuously maintaining the ISO 27001 certification as well as coordinating and conducting internal and external ISMS audits.
• Consulting & Innovation Management: You act as the central point of contact for all information security concerns, both for our clients and internal stakeholders. Additionally, you drive innovations in the IT security field by identifying relevant technologies, methods, and tools.
• Risk Analysis: In your role, you initiate and monitor information security measures and support process and IT system owners in protection needs and risk analyses.
• Training & Documentation: You also conduct comprehensive awareness training to sensitize your colleagues to information security and oversee the creation and continuous maintenance of ISMS documentation.
• Risk Management & Security Incidents: Furthermore, you monitor and control the implementation of risk management measures, initiate and moderate risk management processes, and are responsible for the analysis, evaluation, and coordination of security incidents.

Your Profile

• IT Security Expertise: You have several years of experience in information security, ideally with BSI IT baseline protection. Your passion for information security, risk management, and IT infrastructure, combined with your experience in project management and system analysis, makes you well-prepared for this position.
• Conceptualization & Communication: You are experienced in implementing security concepts and can communicate complex information effectively across all hierarchy levels.
• Language & Problem-Solving Skills: You have fluent German and good English skills, are strong analytically in evaluating and resolving security incidents, and have the ability to quickly identify and fix technical problems.
• Project/Process Management: You possess strong verbal and written communication skills to create security policies, lead training sessions, and communicate with stakeholders. Additionally, you have strong project/process management skills to effectively plan, lead, and complete security initiatives on time.
• Soft Skills: Finally, you stand out with strong interpersonal skills, promote a culture of security awareness, and keep your knowledge up to date with current IT and security trends.
