Who You Are

As the face and voice of Deel for our clients, you will build genuine and lasting relationships while transforming these connections into opportunities for long-term revenue growth. You'll act as a trusted advisor, offering strategic guidance on operational and product-related issues. Internally, you will advocate for clients, championing new products and capabilities to support their business expansion with Deel.

You are a passionate business builder who thrives on solving complex, challenging, and often ambiguous problems, driving real impact across the business. You're a talented generalist, comfortable diving into data for insights and managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders. Duties

  • Develop a vision and strategy for clients by understanding their business goals and how Deel’s tools can help achieve them.
  • Build deep, trusting relationships with clients by identifying their pain points, providing solutions, and recognizing growth opportunities.
  • Create data-driven recommendations by accessing, analyzing, and synthesizing large data sets.
  • Solve problems and implement solutions across Deel on behalf of clients.
  • Collaborate with the product and operations teams to drive impactful improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years of relevant work experience, including client-facing roles.
  • Experience in fast-growth startups, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
  • Global payroll experience is preferred.
  • Proven relationship builder who remains calm under pressure and celebrates clients' successes.
  • Quantitative and data-savvy; comfortable drawing insights from complex data sets and making actionable recommendations.
  • Self-starter with a growth mentality; thrives in fast-paced environments and takes on high responsibility roles.
  • Strong track record of achievement in previous roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
